We spent a couple of days before Thanksgiving in Dallas visiting some friends. Camden did really good on the drives, didn't really complain at all. He's a good road trip buddy. We are lucky that he is so good in the car! While we were there we did a tour of the AT&T stadium. This is where the Dallas Cowboys play. It was really cool because they let you do a self guided tour. You can walk and play on the field, tour the locker rooms and press room. You can basically spend as much time as you want on the field. We made the mistake of not taking a football with us, and Camden tried stealing other peoples! It is a very nice stadium, and the video board is huge! Even though it's not our team, we still had fun!
We also went to a Mall and walked around. They had a carousel, and Eric went on it with Camden. Camden was not really a fan of sitting on a horse, so they sat in a bench instead. Eric was able to go golfing with his buddies and we ate a yummy breakfast at Breadwinner. I would recommend it to anyone going to Dallas, it was delicious! On our way home we stopped in Waco for dinner at Texas Roadhouse, and we even got to sit in Willie's corner! It was all decked out in Willie Nelson stuff! We had fun hanging out and catching up with friends, and of course, I failed in getting pictures with anyone! I forgot to take my camera, so the pictures I have are not great anyways...phone pictures never have great quality. It was a fun little getaway!
