18 Months

Not too happy that I stuck him in the crib for some pics!

I added pictures of his bedroom, because I finally have it done.  I still wish I had a chair in there, but we really aren't in there much, so it seems kinda pointless.  

18 Month Stats:

Height:  32.5" (50%)

Weight:  22.8 lbs (15%)

Head:  18.75"  (50%)

We have a big 18 month old in our house now!  He is still on the average side in terms of height, and head circumference, and below average on the weight.  The Dr. said he looks great, and even though he is not gaining much weight, he is following his own curve and moving up, so they aren't worried.  Camden has pretty much been a monster the last couple of months.  He is working on his molars and man are they rough!  Only a couple of weeks ago did we get our nice, happy Camden back.  While teething he cried all the time, wouldn't eat, and when Eric was around he would follow him everywhere and only wanted to do what he was.  He got 4 teeth in at once, and since then he has been much happier, and will actually eat when I offer him food, well most of the time.  He has become picky in what he wants to eat.  I can't offer him the same thing day after day, he wants more variety.  He still likes most fruits and vegetables, it just depends on the day what he will eat.  

He loves his stuffed animals, and blankets.  Loves all of his basketballs, footballs, baseballs, and soccer balls.  When we go outside he thinks he needs to have them all.  Loves to collect rocks when we walk to the mailbox.  Loves to be outside.  Likes to look at books, and is getting better about not putting them in his mouth.  Hated nursery the first 2 weeks that he has gone, he will only stay if Eric is there with him.  Hopefully he will get over that quickly.  He won't smile at people he doesn't know, he gives them a dirty look.  He is pretty good at it.  ;)  

Loves to run around and be crazy, loud, tackle his cousins and try to wrestle them.  Has started to point at things that he wants, and will grab our hands to take us to where he wants something.  Says Mom, Dad, come on, get it, got it, and sometimes I think he says thank you.  Hopefully he will start saying more soon, because he gets pretty frustrated when he wants something and we don't know what he wants!  Is still a great sleeper.  He goes down anywhere from 8-8:30pm most nights and will sleep until 8:30-9am.  He also takes an afternoon nap, most times it is around 2 hours.  Loves to watch shows...most anything on Disney Jr. or Nick Jr. and still really likes movies that have lots of music.  

He is so much fun when he is happy and not teething.  We love him to pieces and can't wait to see him grow and learn more and more each day!
