We headed to Austin with our friends, Neal and Katie, last week. They were in town visiting because Neal's family lives in Dallas and they were going there for the 4th. Neal wanted to show Katie around San Antonio and Austin since she hadn't been there. We never got a picture with them, but we loved having them here and seeing them! We went to dinner with them the night before and then the next morning made our way to Austin. Austin has so much traffic, it's unbelievable. In the middle of the day it is stop and go traffic all through the city. We went to a little BBQ food truck for lunch and then went to the state capitol. I had been to the capitol before when I served in Austin on my mission, but it was still cool to see it again. The grounds are really big and nice. Camden did pretty good while we were there, just wanted to see and touch everything. After that we decided to let them go see Austin without us since we (well I) wanted to go to Ikea, and we were probably just slowing them down with our two kids! After Ikea we stopped at Freddy's for dinner. They had a fundraiser there for a fallen police officer, so Camden was given the fire hat by someone. He, of course, loved wearing it. It took us about 2 1/2 hours to get home because of all the traffic, but Camden did pretty well. He did get bored, but stayed happy mostly. Sienna pretty much just slept the day away since we were in the car for so long! We are so glad that Neal and Katie came to visit us though, we had fun!
