Everly 7 Months

My little lady is 7 months!!  😭😭  This girl is so fun, and totally her own person.  I always try to compare her to Camden or Sienna, with what they were doing or how they were, and she just likes to be different than both of them!  She started sitting up by herself right at 7 months.  She doesn't like to roll around.  She still hasn't rolled from her back to her belly, and really doesn't roll from her belly to back very often either.  Some might say she's kinda lazy?!  Ha! 😂😝😀  I'm okay with her taking her time with these milestones though, keeps her my little baby longer! 

She does love to play with her feet though, and I love that she loves them.  She is liking sitting up and playing with toys now, and I have to say, it's one of my favorite stages.  I love when they can sit and play, but can't move and get into anything.  

She is eating twice a day, and I'm thinking I will bump her up to three times.  She has come leaps and bounds with eating.  She is a big fan of it now!  She pretty much will eat whatever baby food I give her.  She really likes the puffs and yogurt melts as well.  We are nursing about six times a day as well.  And usually 2-3 times during the night as she is still waking up multiple times in the night.  I was really hoping having the solids would help her, but at this point, I think it's because she knows she is in the same room with us, and has become accustomed to waking up and getting to eat, because it is just easier for me.  Sooo, it's time to figure out where I can put her so she can get out of my room and we can all get more sleep!  She generally takes 2 naps a day, usually a couple of hours each.  I had to take her to the Dr., to get her weight check and booster for the flu shot about a week after she was 7 months.  She is 14 lbs now!  Yay!  She gained a little over a pound, which is great!  She didn't enjoy getting her shot, but she recovered quickly.

She has become a little momma's girl, but she also loves daddy!  She loves the kids, and they are constantly giving her toys, her blanket, and hugs and kisses.  She is more generous with her smiles now, but it is still really hard to get her to laugh.  She's a little sweetheart and we adore her.  So thankful to have her in our family!
