Lonestar Soccer Spring 2019 - First Half of Season

I cheated and took a picture of the team when it was picture day.  We didn't pay to get the professional one, they really aren't worth it, so it's just from my phone.  But it works.  The team:  Coach Eric, Gus, Lincoln, Coach Jeff, Mary, Madalyn, Harry, Maggie, and Camden.  We were missing Mary Michael, but then she broke her arm and can't play the rest of the season anyways.  :(

Soccer season has begun!  We are with our same coach, and Eric is an assistant coach again.  We have mostly the same people from previous seasons, just one new girl, Maggie.  So far the season is going well.  We have lost one game, but Camden is improving each game, and has had at least 1 goal each game, usually more.  He really does love to play, and he loves to complain about his shin pads, shoes, shorts...basically everything.  Once he is out on the field he forgets all about it though.  He is doing so much better controlling the ball, and using the side of his foot to kick it.  It's fun to watch him each week.  What is not so fun is sitting with these two girls during the game.  Luckily, Eric has been able to take Camden to practice, so I don't have to sit through that with them.  Sienna complains the whole time, and her and Everly like to trade spots.  We have had a couple of rainy games, which Sienna did not like, but Everly didn't care.  She would have stood out in the rain.  Luckily it hasn't been cold or windy, so we will see what the second half the season brings though!
