At back to school night, he was so excited!
Camden was so excited to finally be able to go to the big school! We drive by his school all of the time and would always ask when he would be able to go, and it finally came! He got a little nervous when it was time for the parents to leave. He started to cry, which made me start to cry a little, but I held it together and told him how much fun he was going to have and that he was going to have a great day! I think he was realizing that he didn't know anyone in his class, and just didn't know what was going to happen. The first thing he said to me when I picked him up was, Mom! I made a friend! He was so excited, and said he had the best day and that they even got to watch Paw Patrol! Made me heart happy to hear that! After that, he has been ready to go and happy at school. They do so many fun things and he has made so many more friends. It's going to be a great year for him! The pictures below are ones that his teacher sends through the app, they were from the first week of school. I love that they send us pictures and videos throughout the day so we can see what they are doing!
