The Jefferson Memorial is hiding behind the blossoms.
The Cherry Blossom Festival began this last weekend, so we thought we should go check it out. It was a little disappointing because it rained all day on Saturday, so the blossoms weren't as spectacular as I was hoping when we got there on Sunday. I was expecting something more like the last picture I posted, which I got on my phone one day while I was out exercising! It was still fun to get out and do something though.
We also saw the Hunger Games and thought that it was pretty good! I really enjoyed the books and thought they did a pretty decent job on the movie. We would definitely recommend it! We have been married for two months today, and it has been wonderful. We are having a lot of fun together and love living in the same house and state! Can't wait for the all the adventures to come!
