Christmas 2019

Playing outside on Christmas Eve at Christian and Jackie's.  It was a really mild day and the kids had a blast jumping on the trampoline, swinging, and running around.   I didn't get very many pictures, but we had yummy enchiladas, dips, fruit, veggies, desserts, basically all the food!  We just let the kids play together, and right when we were about to leave Everly kept complaining about her eye and was rubbing it a lot.  We figured out that Sienna and Kinsley were cleaning toys, which they aren't allowed to do, with cleaner that had bleach in it and some squirted by Everly's eye.  So we had to flush it out really well and she ended up being ok, but she wasn't not a happy camper!  We don't even know how they got the cleaner, but Sienna's shirt had bleach spots on it and that's how we knew!  I'm just grateful Everly's eye is ok!

Reading our book before bed.  We did a 12 days of Christmas where we opened a Christmas book every night leading up to Christmas.  The kids really loved it, and looked forward each night to open up a new one!  It's a fun little tradition we have.

Our selfie that didn't quite work out...Everly didn't even want to be in the picture!  She wasn't happy!

Our cookies and milk for Santa.  In full disclosure,  we forgot to have the kids put them out and the reindeer dust that Camden and Sienna made at school.  I remembered about 10 minutes after we had put them to bed, and was going to get them back out, but they were all asleep already!  Haha! So we just did it for them...luckily they are still young enough that they didn't care!

They wanted a picture in front of their tree.  I put up this little one that I let them decorate with all the ornaments that Grandma and Grandpa Teachout has given them and any that they have made at school.  They loved this tree!

Santa came!

Everly probably had the best reactions of them all!  She was genuinely so excited for every present that she opened!

They all had a great Christmas and got spoiled!  Camden got some Star Wars and Avengers Legos, Iron Man mask and thing for his hand (I can't think of what it's called, but it's basically a big plastic glove and makes sounds like Iron Man), Captain America Shield and Mask, a drawing light up board, art case, over the door basketball hoop for his room, Star Wars blanket, hat, and shirt, stuffed animal/pillow of the new droid from Star Wars, Captain America shirt, and a game for the switch.  He's very into superhero's, Star Wars, and doing art/drawing.  So that's what he got!
Sienna got LoL dolls and pet, a hatchimal, a new Wellie Wisher doll (American Girl), beads to make necklaces, bracelets, rings; zoomer pup, LoL blanket and pillow, Anna pajamas, and a princess dress.
Everly got lots of baby dolls.  It really is her favorite thing!  She got a Cry Baby, baby Anna, baby Elsa, Frozen II duplo blocks, peppa pig camper, Pinkie pie pony, Elsa dress and pajamas, and some other little baby dolls that one crawls around and the other one plays peek a boo.  She loved it all!
It was fun to see their reactions to everything.  Camden was so excited that we finally got a Nintendo Switch!  It was our big family gift this year.  We got quite a few games for it as well, so it will be fun for the family!  We also got some fun board games: Operation, Mouse Trap, and Frozen II monopoly!

Looking cute in their new dresses!

Christmas evening we went over to the Kinnison's for dinner and games.  That is our huge saran wrap ball full of money, candy and little toys!  It was a lot of fun, Sienna was the one who ended up winning big from our family!  We also played the fun Jingle bells game with everyone and the kids had fun running around with their cousins and just talking about what everyone got for Christmas!  It was a fun day!
