We had a quiet Christmas this year. We went to the temple about a week before Christmas and the lights were so pretty! It's no Temple Square, but we will take what we can get! We weren't able to go anywhere because I had already used all of my vacation time, but we made the most of it and still had a good day! We opened our gifts and then had some yummy sticky buns for breakfast. We really didn't have much to do all day since we aren't by any family, but we did video chat with Eric's parents and then most of my family! It was fun talking to them, but it just really wasn't the same, I wish we could have been there! It will be so much fun next year to be by lots of family.
We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We are looking forward to 2013 and the adventures to come!
