4th of July

I can always count on Eric to get them laughing....Camden was over taking pictures before I even started!

Our ward had a 4th of July breakfast in the morning.  So we got to eat yummy pastries and fruit and then the kids all did a bike/scooter parade.  Sienna didn't make it very far...she is extremely slow on the scooter.  But they had a blast riding around!

Everly was loving life on this shark floaty!  She just wanted to be pushed around in it the whole time!

After our breakfast we headed over to Angie's pool for a while.  We were pretty much the only ones there, so it was really nice!  The kids love the pool!  Although it looks cloudy, it was really humid and hot, and the sun came out toward the end and made it even hotter!  

Climbing trees is more fun than kickball!

That evening we met up for dinner at Longhorn Cafe, and then had a nice, hot game of kickball at the park.  Curtis and his boys were still in town, so it was a really fun game.  The Teachout's are very competitive, so there was a lot of arguing...but I *think* everyone still had fun.  The little ones didn't want to play, so they played on the playground.  After the game we brought some water balloons to cool off! 

Oh my, I die over these pictures that Jackie took of Pax and Everly.  They are so funny!  Everly didn't know what to do and Pax is just so friendly.  Haha!  It's going to be fun to see their friendship, or maybe lack of, when they get older.  

We came home and the kids did some little poppers.  Even Everly loved throwing them and stepping on them.  We didn't watch any fireworks!  Camden would have loved to, but Sienna still gets anxiety over it.  We had a long day, and they were tired, so we just decided to not go anywhere.  There were lots of fireworks all around us though, so we really could have just gone out in our neighborhood.  We had a really fun 4th of July though!  Grateful to live in this great country and for the freedoms that we enjoy!
